The default vlan by command: swconfig dev switch0 showĮven I use swconfig command lines to add vlan11, it did not reflect on the vlan gui (no vlan3 added): associate a virtual wlan to vlan11 (this is an easy part) use port 1 to carry vlan11 tag to my pfSense port 1,2,3,4 still remains untagged vlan1 No way I can untag vlan1/port1 and tag vlan3/port1 on gui. The circular redundant discussion is cumbersome and confusing. On current releases, you don't need to use the old switched ports wiki. But the actually setup is done with swconfig. In newer builds the GUI is "supposed" to work. I did not kept track if you upgraded to a recent build but I assume you did. This AP I use port 3 as trunk (and add VLAN 11 and 82) but I wan't to use port 1 as trunk on my RT-N18U.
I attach another dumb AP (Openwrt) VLAN setup for your reference. I just want to use this RT-N18U instead because it is more powerful. I suspect you forgot to setup DHCP for the VLAN. After applying setting, I can't access my AP anymore (I connect my laptop with this AP during setup). I tried to add VLAN 3 and use port 1 as a trunk port to my pfSense, by uncheck VLAN0/Port1, check VLAN3/Port1, and check Tag for port 1.
